I am:
Over 15 years of my software engineering career I have been delivering dozens of projects and developing complex enterprise solutions. Working all these years closely with technologies was never enough for me without communication. My experience motivates me to share knowledge and help people to develop their technical skills. Teaching and mentoring are my inspiration, because the importance of any expertise is measured by how transferable that expertise is and how useful it is to users
I’ve been an early contributor to modern front-end development tools and frameworks. For years, I’ve helped clients deliver real-world web applications by applying strong engineering practices and adopting the best technologies available at the time.
I live in Australia, but modern day processes and technologies allow me to operate on the global scale. I have educational and consulting projects, I also support developers in various communities and regularly speak at IT events.
I am open for your requests when you need:
I attended Lex workshop early 2020 and, at that time, I had very little knowledge of Front-End development. I only had the basic foundation of Javascript and React (most of which was learnt through an intensive bootcamp I studied at, where I was taught “how” to do things, without knowing the “why”).
I decided to attend Lex’s workshop to get an understanding on how Angular works, what it could offer and (unconsciously) comparing it against what I knew about React. I particularly appreciated the soft introduction and the broad context before diving into more technicalities.
In my specific session, the attendees were an odd variety of people coming from different backgrounds, very far from each other:
- Those who were already familiar with Angular.
- Those coming from different frameworks/libraries.
- Those with no experience at all other than platforms such as wix, shopify, squarespace or similar.
I guess that was a surprisingly heterogeneous public to Aliaksei, so he started explaining things from a “high level” view of what Angular is and what it proposes to solve. Only then proceeded with the framework core concepts, its CLI, the idea of building reusable components, the most common directives and, in general, the Angular constructs.
In a world with so many tools, frameworks and libraries, it’s easy to feel discouraged and unsure on what technology to commit to. I would definitely recommend this workshop to whoever is at the beginning of their Front End path or already midway through it. It provides a wide overview on how many tools Angular has under its belt

I absolutely loved the workshop and learned a lot. Lexis an excellent teacher with considerable experience. He truly knows his subject and is very passionate about it. His teaching methodology is perfectly structured and very easy to follow. Lex has a charming and friendly teaching style. Thanks a lot one more time 😊

I joined Lex’s workshop in 2020 with almost no Front-End background. I highly recommend it to anyone at the start or midpoint of their Front-End journey. The workshop gives a great overview of Angular’s capabilities and best practices.
